Previously, Ms. Foulkes was an independent director for Modern Resources, Vice President and COO at PennWest Exploration, and Managing Director at Scotia Waterous.

Ms. Foulkes earned a BSc with Honours in Earth Science from the University of Waterloo and is a Professional Geologist.
