Today we are joined by Bernard Callabeut - a renowned 4th generation Master Chocolatier and entrepreneur.

3) Silver Award at the 2015 International Academy of Chocolate Awards in London
Bernard was the first North American to be bestowed the honor of “l’Ordre Internationale de la Gastronomie Francaise”, recognized by the French Government for outstanding contribution to the culinary arts.
As a perfectionist who is passionate about his craft, Bernard is always focused on the balance of taste and style. As a result - fellow chocolatiers, chefs and gastronomes around the world revere him.
Also, people may not know this about Bernard be he has two previous chocolate companies that bear his name.
The first being Barrie Callebaut which is one of the largest chocolate companies in the world.
Barrie Callebaut has 17% of world's production of cocoa beans, a market cap of $17 Billion, annual revenues of $70 Billion and is listed on the New York and Zurich Stock Exchange.
The second company - Bernard Callebaut - which he ran for nearly 30 years - at its peak had annual revenues in the millions, hundreds of employees and was an internationally recognized brand.
